  This is hands down the best La Carreta in the area. Food is always good. Service is almost always good. Their salsa isn't as good as the one on John B Dennis in Kingsport though. The meat here is better than the rest though the others have improved.

  I've always loved LaCarreta as one of my favorite Mexican restaurants ,but tonight, all the meat dishes were way too salty. Could not finish but about half the servings. My friend who was with me , also said her meal was too salty. I said something to our server, but nothing was done. Should have requested to talk with the manager. Probably won't go back.😪

  Every time we have eaten here, the food has been very salty. My son couldn’t even finish his beans this last time. We keep trying and it never gets any better so we are done trying. It’s a shame since it’s the only Mexican joint in the main part of Gray, but we drive further to Poblano’s for better food.

  If you're seeking more authentic Mexican food in the Tri-Cities, this is the place to find it. I have never had a before experience here. The servers are all extremely nice, the music is not overpowering, and the food always comes out delicious. The only downside is that it's hard to choose what to get with all the choices! Great service, great atmosphere, great place.

  Tasty authentic food in a friendly, attractive restaurant. Lots of variety on the menu. Great warm chips and salsa to start.
